Greetings from Wyandotte, Oklahoma - USA

Married in 1979 with only one child, Daniel, born in 1984 and in October 2006 we added our daughter-in-law, Stacy. But our household and farm is inhabited by many other children. With two Chocolate Labs, and one Pembroke Welch Corgie that reside in the house, to the many horses, mules and now donkeys that we now have here on the farm.

We are transplants to the Wyandotte area from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma since 1997. We moved to a small town to relocate our son out of the large schools environments of Broken Arrow, and have loved living in Wyandotte ever since. Rick is a retiree from Ford Motor Company-Glass Division in Tulsa, OK, of which he was a 20 year employee. Sherri is a dedicated employee for an oil and gas company in Tulsa, commuting every other week.

We grew up riding from childhood. But moving to the city, we were not able to enjoy this activity…life had us very busy with our son's school activities, football, baseball etc. Our decision to move to a small town, country atmosphere, has been a blessing and a life long dream for the both of us.

We started in the horse industry in 2002 for riding privileges, but later we decided to take it further. Thus the purchase of 1st jack “Leon” in 2002 and several mares. Although we have been riding most of our lives, we will continue to further our equine education by attending horse and mule training seminars as opportunity arises to promote the future Breeding and Training program of Lost Valley Farm.

Keep checking back for further updates and additions to the farm.

Thank you for stopping by!
